Knowing Jesus: Growing to Maturity

In this next passage in Philippians 2, we take a look at verses 12 & 13, which tell us to “continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose.” But what does that mean? We already know that salvation is a free gift and that there is no way to earn it by our own means. So what does it mean to “work out your salvation?”
