The Journey through Grief
Posted: | Author: Dove Cranson

Life is hard. It is not what it was intended to be. Because of the brokenness in this world, we all experience pain, loss, and suffering. Grief is a path we must all walk through in this broken life. It is a product of the broken world we live in. When we are aware of the pain and loss, we have permission to grieve, to journey down the lonely confusing path of grief, clinging to God. It is not a fun road to walk down, but it leads to a good end. It can produce in us a greater closeness to God, a softness of heart, compassion for others, and a hope that God is making all things new. This message looks at the example of Jesus grieving and gives ideas on how to grieve well and find hope in the midst of journey.
