Galatians: Sowing and Reaping

The Bible tells us that we will reap what we sow (Galatians 6:7-9). It’s a basic concept that’s not too hard to understand. But why do some people do evil things and not seem to reap any negative consequences? And why is it that some people make the right choice and do not get a good reward afterward?
