When we understand how God works in times of trouble, it helps us hold onto hope and stand strong until the time of rescue. By looking at the examples of both Joseph and Job, we can see how God’s deliverance is:

Stunning - The good God brings about is amazing and beyond our expectations.

Incomprehensible - God’s goals and method of achieving those goals often don’t make sense to us.

Long in coming - God’s deliverance is often long in coming according to our perspective.

Trustworthy - God does what he says he is going to do.
